Plessers uses false and fraudulent gimmicks to get people to place orders. In my experience, Plessers listed a Viking Trash compactor on the web with a $750 rebate good through 5/31/12.

I placed the order and received an email confirmation that the order had been processed. The next day I received a call stating that the rebate would not be honored and that the item would be full price. I asked to speak to management but they refused. This company can not be trusted and their customer service is the worst.

Go read the Yelp reviews of this company. Do not shop with this company.

never had a problem with plessers, bought 5 appliances there as well as a fireplace and sound system, and they have always been professional, helpful and affordable

if that happened, there had to be a valid reason.

I have had a very positive experience with two large orders of appliances from Plesser's. My salesman was Stephen Rehn.

He handled everything we needed in a very professional manner and saved me a large amount of money.

Just ordered more appliances from him recently and just waiting for them to arrive. Very positive experience so far.

The yelp reviews were excellent as were all the others I found online, I purchased here and had a great experience.

I went into the showroom on Monday Nov.11, 2013....the employees looked like they were all miserable. Any questions I had were diverted to Alan Howard the vice president...when I spoke to him he ignored me.

I went to purchase a tv and a wall mount...first the employee said they had no wall mounts then one magically appeared....heard a message from a customer on speakerphone complaining no one calls her back...I read online that they had a price match guarantee...I ATTEMPTED to price match the wall mount and Mr. Alan Howard told me if I can get it cheaper than what they were selling it for buy 1,2,3,4 of them....he then went on to tell me since we had two $25 gift cards we were getting money off anyway...I told him how my son won them at a Duck's game and he had no idea how much money we spent to receive them. He then went on telling me how he lost money giving them away and it was a charity event....is that my problem??? He then refused to sell me the television and asked me to leave.....really???????????????

that's how you run a business as a vice president??? I then called up customer service to express my concern...they never got back to me.

I am agree with Jonathan Cappetta. From my buying experience I can assure you that plesser's know well how to deal with their customers. :) :)

Plesser's absolutely does not use fraudulent tactics or gimmicks to lure potential customers into sales. What you experienced was a price glitch on our website because of a blank field in our pricing datafeeds.

As soon as this error was noted all of the customers with effected orders were immediately contacted and informed of the error. No charges were made to any of our customers orders without the appropriate approval from the customer. We apologize for this error and assure you that we were certainly not trying to trick anybody into buying anything. Unfortunately sometimes these errors happen, but all of the appropriate measures were taken to assure satisfaction to all of our customers.
